Thanks For The Cheeseries



Tonight for supper I made a modified version of the famous pasta sauce mentioned in the post below. It was only 10pm so Alexander wasn't hungry for supper yet (ha!). I made a single person sized serving using one small can of diced tomatoes in a new-to-me brand (Aurora), two small shallots chopped in half instead of a big onion, and since I was out of proper butter, some Earth Balance. I topped it with some grated parmigano reggiano left over from Zicheng's tasty contribution to the New Year's party. Alexander tried a bite of it and loved the taste so much that he forgot all about not being hungry and enthusiastically ate a bowlful of my leftovers.
